BocaNewsNow.com has learned that paramedics were frustrated by what they found at the scene. It was not immediately clear if any other vehicle was involved. What’s also unclear is what parent would ever permit a child to ride an e-bike that can hit nearly 30 miles per hour. It is the latest example of what appears to be horrible parenting in South Palm Beach County as children — seemingly every day — are injured on e-bikes they are not trained to ride.
