PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) — A man is accused of stalking and sexually cyberharrassing another person, according to the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department.
PBGPD says that Rodney Michael Chavers, 23, was arrested following a warrant request being filed, alleging that Chavers had been sexually cyberharrassing an unidentified female victim.
