Little Ruby’s, the New York café mini-chain known for its Australian-style breakfasts and “Bronte” burger, is opening at CityPlace in West Palm Beach in 2027, according to Palm Beach Now.
It’s the latest New York restaurant heading to a neighborhood where you can already get a meal at other transplants like Maman or Harry’s.
The café is part of Wish You Were Here Group, and Markets of Tomorrow reports that West Palm Beach will be its first Florida location.
