WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department (PBSO) has requested assistance finding a missing girl last seen in West Palm Beach. Ciara Garcia, 14, is described as white with brown hair and brown eyes. PBSO said the case is “particularly concerning,” as Ciara requires an assessment for a possible Baker Act, the law which allows emergency, involuntary medical health treatment for those with mental illness.
