Boca Raton will soon say hello to a brand-new New York-style slice shop. Opening at 3011 W Yamato Rd, Suite A11, Vincenzo’s NY Style Pizza will offer pizza by the slice (and in 18- to 24-inch pies), along with a selection of other pizzeria eats.
Vincenzo’s is expected to launch this spring in an 1100-square-feet with limited indoor seating and a counter to eat on your feet. The pizza menu will feature classics like Cheese and Pepperoni, along with vodka pies, Grandma pies, and more experimental varieties.
“It’ll also be anything from buffalo or barbecue chicken, to chicken, bacon, and ranch, to a breakfast pie called the Rise and Shine,” owner Alexander Kudeviz told What Now this week.
Weekly specials are expected to feature ingredients from nearby restaurants: with Chinese and BBQ restaurants located nearby, Kudeviz imagines a General Tso’s Chicken pie or a Smoked Brisket pie. There will also be a selection of heros, salads, finger foods, and even a Giant Mozzarella Stick.
“We’re taking the old school and mixing it with the new school,” said Kudeviz. “For the slice of your life, come into Vincenzo’s and we’ll treat you like family.”
