Party with Peppa: Popular pig gets her own big-screen cinema event

Get ready to help Peppa Pig celebrate a big birthday with a special event coming to local movie theaters!

“Peppa’s Cinema Party,” a joyful cinema experience, will play on more than 500 screens nationwide, including two in Palm Beach County, beginning Feb. 9. The ever-popular preschool favorite’s biggest fans and their friends and family will be able to giggle, dance and sing along with all the action.

First airing in May 2004, the British animated TV series was created by Neville Astley and Mark Baker. The show follows Peppa, an anthropomorphic female piglet, her family, and her peers portrayed as other animals. It’s produced by Hasbro Entertainment and Karrot Animation.

This hourlong special offers 10 never-before-seen “Peppa Pig” season 10 episodes, featuring a three-part “Wedding Party Special,” along with a party-bus bonus episode.

These fun-filled stories combine with all-new interactive entertainment featuring Peppa and her friends breaking into the “real world” through a mixture of live-action and animation to offer unforgettable fun for young children and their families.
