The Ibis Golf & Country Club Bistro, also known as The Club at Ibis, an award-winning club community located at 8225 Ibis Blvd in West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach County –recently underwent a routine food inspection that revealed a total of 12 violations.
The initial common inspection was executed on February 2, 2024, and it identified 14 total violations, as outlined by the most recent report by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation.
Among the highlighted issues found were six high-priority violations, four intermediate violations, and two basic violations, resulting in the need for a follow-up inspection, per the inspector.
However, despite the challenges highlighted in the inspection, The Club at Ibis has visibly taken meaningful steps to address and rectify the issues, underlining its responsibility to uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene in the community.
Following the initial inspection, a follow-up was conducted on February 3, 2024, focusing on the intermediate violations related to the consumer advisory for raw or undercooked animal foods and oysters.
