As their variety and ingenuity increase in Palm Beach, nonalcoholic cocktails continue to gain traction.

The appeal of mocktails (as nonalcoholic cocktails often are called) has grown not just among teetotalers, but also inveterate imbibers looking to periodically change their ways.

From “virgin” classic cocktails to innovative pours conceived without spirits, “we have seen an increase in interest for mocktails,” Heather Valeo, a Café L’Europe bartender, told the Daily News.
