WELLINGTON, Fla. (CBS12 – A 71-year-old woman died five days after being involved in a crash with a 17-year-old in Wellington. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) said the crash occurred on September 11, at the intersection of Forest Hill Boulevard and Block Island Road, outside the Lakeside Shores community.
