Zoo’s new residents: Family of black-and-white lemurs introduced to Palm Beach Zoo

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – Palm Beach Zoo welcomed a new family of critically endangered black-and-white ruffed lemurs. The critically endangered species is native only to Madagascar, according to the Smithsonian’s National Zoo & Conservation Biology Insitute. But for the first time in Zoo’s history, a family of lemurs will callPalm Beach Zoo home.
