West Palm Beach, FLA. (WPEC) – There are 2 areas the National Hurricane Center is monitoring for development. An area of low pressure is likely to develop in western Caribbean in the coming days. Conditions are favorable for development once the area moves into the Gulf. This will be another area the Gulf Coast should monitor closely.
