Gates has spent the early part of her career in roles with Bay Club in California, and ADP, where she excelled maximizing client relations, partnerships and sales. Truly Nolen promotes veteran employee
Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Justin Wichman to people development manager. When not in the field, Wichman will remain based at the company’s West Palm Beach service office in Greenacres. Wichman joined the company in 2015, and over the last nine years, he has served in multiple roles as well as having been a trainer and a mentor. Founded in 1938, Tucson, Arizona-based Truly Nolen of America is one of the largest family-owned pest control companies in the United States.
