LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Kentucky Humane Society welcomed dozens of animals Monday morning, providing refuge for pets displaced by the recent hurricanes in Florida. A total of 25 animals, 10 dogs and 15 cats, were transported to Kentucky after their shelter was destroyed by tornadoes linked to Hurricane Milton.
