Skyhawk Gorditas Cuisine, a new food truck serving up a variety of comfort foods, is set to launch next month in Palm Beach County. According to owner Carla Salomon, the mobile eatery will feature a menu that includes gorditas, tacos, burritos, burgers, fries, wings and more.
Salomon’s truck will travel throughout the county, offering locals a chance to enjoy freshly prepared dishes wherever they are. Whether you’re craving classic Mexican favorites or American comfort food, Skyhawk Gorditas Cuisine will have something for everyone.
