PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) – A woman was found dead outside a vehicle, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO). According to PBSO, the incident happened on Oct. 28 at around 10:20 p.m. after deputies were dispatched to Lyons Road for a welfare check. The sheriff’s office said it received reports about an unresponsive woman who was found outside of a vehicle on the southbound shoulder.
