Driver sentenced for burnouts at Delray Beach’s LGBTQ+ intersection

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – The driver who defaced the LGBTQ+ intersection in Delray Beach by performing a burnout through the mural in February learning his fate. On Wednesday morning, a Palm Beach County judge sentenced Dylan Brewer to a year of probation and ordered him to pay approximately $5,700 in restitution to the city after being convicted of criminal mischief and reckless driving. Brewer, 19, was also ordered to perform 75 hours of community service.
