PulteGroup‘s luxury-home brand DiVosta purchased 4.7 acres along US-1 in Juno Beach, where it plans to develop a 40-townhome community called The Dunes at Juno.
Homes in The Dunes, which is located a block from the beach, will be priced from around $1.5 million.
All residences will stand three stories tall and have three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and personal elevators. Home sizes will range from 2,261 to 2,371 square feet. The first floors will have flex rooms that can be converted into additional bedrooms, as well as two-car garages and gourmet kitchens…
