Attorneys for a man accused of brutally attacking a nurse at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital earlier this year were back in court Monday morning.
Lawyers asked Circuit Court Judge Caroline Shepherd to order a mental competency evaluation for their client, Stephen Scantlebury.
