PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A beach outing in Palm Beach turned alarming when beachgoers reported a man exposing himself and touching himself, leading to the man’s arrest.
The Palm Beach Police Department (PBPD) said that on Tuesday, officers responded to the Palm Beach Municipal Beach at 3:32 p.m. after receiving a report of a man touching himself inappropriately.
