Related Ross has announced that Shorecrest, a forthcoming 28-story luxury condominium development located at 1901 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, will feature a comprehensive wellness program and amenity package curated in collaboration with Equinox. The partnership integrates the lifestyle brand’s fitness and spa standards into the residential development’s programming and design, including access to on-site group fitness, personal training, and spa offerings.
Designed by Roger Ferris + Partners with interiors by Rottet Studio and landscape architecture by DS Boca, Shorecrest will comprise 199 condominium residences and penthouses. The waterfront development includes a rooftop amenity suite featuring a 75-foot lap pool, hot tub, lounge seating, and an outdoor bar, offering panoramic views of Lake Worth Lagoon, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. Within the building, residents will have access to a private fitness center outfitted with Equinox-selected equipment, a dedicated yoga and Pilates studio, and a treatment room for spa services.
Additional wellness offerings will include a contrast therapy suite incorporating steam, sauna, and cold plunge facilities. Residents will also benefit from preferred membership rates at Equinox’s upcoming West Palm Beach club, scheduled to open in November 2025 at CityPlace.

Related Ross, a division of Related Companies led by developer Stephen Ross, is overseeing the development. The firm is currently managing over 2.8 million square feet of commercial and residential projects in the West Palm Beach area, including The Laurel and South Flagler House, and maintains a development pipeline that includes office, hospitality, and mixed-use assets throughout the city’s core.
