WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The Loxahatchee man who allegedly stockpiled guns and ammunition before being arrested late last month for threats against multiple locations has agreed to give up all of them and not have any more for the next year.
Court records show Damien Blade Allen agreed to the Risk Protection Order filed by prosecutors the day before his April 29 arrest. Law enforcement searched Allen’s home at the time of his arrest and reported finding 18 guns, including multiple rifles, along with a Taser-like device and 15 airsoft guns. Investigators also found 12,000 rounds of ammunition.
In addition to the weapons, they located the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) uniforms as well as Army Ranger gear and Marine Dress Blue uniforms, the Sheriff’s Office added. Allen allegedly had law enforcement and military credentials, a 3-D printed body cam, as well as a self-made Army training certificate.
