PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Palm Beach County woman has been arrested and accused of orchestrating a fraud scheme and exploiting more than 50 victims across the country.
Kadesa Sayles, 29, is who officials believe is the mastermind behind the nationwide SIM swap scam. She is accused of hijacking phone numbers in an effort to steal personal information and make unauthorized financial transactions.
