PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) — Right next to the Gardens Mall, a long-stalled plaza is finally coming back to life.
Downtown Palm Beach Gardens has spent years surrounded by fencing and empty storefronts — some locals even joked it was “permanently under renovation.” But now, there’s progress you can actually see.
