This summer, children 18 and under can access free lunches at all 18 library branches, provided through a collaboration with the School District of Palm Beach County. Starting June 3 and continuing through July 25, these meals are served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day, with additional snacks available from 2 to 4 p.m., according to the county’s official announcement.
However, all meals must be eaten on-site within the library’s premises, ensuring children stay on location to finish their food. This rule enforces a simple level of order to the proceedings. Make a note of the scheduled dates when service will not be available, which include June 19, July 3, and July 4.
