WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A plan by The Breakers Palm Beach to build employee housing across the bridge in West Palm Beach just cleared a major hurdle, moving one step closer to reality.
The West Palm Beach Planning Board voted unanimously last week to approve land use and zoning changes for a vacant lot off N. Australian Avenue, where the luxury resort plans to build a 155-unit apartment complex for its workforce.
