SobelCo Plans Four High-Rise Mixed-Use Towers at 1117 Broadway, Riviera Beach, FL

A site once approved for a two-story boat dealership could be transformed into a mixed-use development.

Boca Raton-based SobelCo is moving forward with four towers: two 20-story towers and two 13-story towers. Together, they would feature 508 condos, measuring 876 to 1,467 square feet. They would include one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans. Each building would host a ninth-floor swimming pool.

According to the South Florida Business Journal, the homes are intended to appeal to first-time homebuyers who are comfortable with smaller spaces in exchange for comprehensive amenity packages. The publication notes that most new condos in Palm Beach County exceed $1 million.

In addition to the residential aspect, plans also call for 10,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, along with 1,083 parking spots. In total, the venture would comprise 1.23 million square feet of new construction. SobelCo purchased the project’s 4.27-acre build site for $12 million earlier this spring. It’s currently vacant.
