A Boca Raton man was charged with DUI after being involved in a crash within the parking garage of an apartment complex.
Mohamed Mahmoud Mosalm, 67, is accused of striking two cars on the fifth floor of the parking deck at the CERU apartment complex on Congress Avenue at about 9:03 p.m. Aug. 19. Police arrived at the garage to find three cars damaged – a white Toyota SUV with “severe front-end damage” parked diagonally in a space with the two other vehicles parked with damage on either side…
