WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A freight train on the Florida East Coast Railway tracks stopped, extending from Third Street to Southern Boulevard.
Officers with the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) say the train stopped around 10 p.m. on Friday.
