PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — For retired New York City Firefighter Arty Riccio, time in Palm Beach County means finally taking it easy. It’s time he deeply appreciates and doesn’t take for granted.
Riccio served 33 years with the FDNY. He now splits his time between New York and Singer Island with his wife, Margaret. But each September, memories of the day that changed his life, and the nation — come rushing back.
