PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Three people out of Palm Beach County were charged after being tied to a scheme that created illegal licensing and employment for aspiring nurses.
In total, charges have been dropped against 12 people, including the three Palm Beach County natives, following new developments in an investigation called Operation Nightingale.
