‘Operation Slow and Go’ takes down West Palm Beach drug kingpin, dealers

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Investigators say a drug pipeline ran through the 45th Street Flea Market — until “Operation Slow and Go” brought it to a halt.

Earlier this year, deputies say agents with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) met with detectives from the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) who provided information on a known fentanyl and methamphetamine dealer operating out of the 45th Street Flea Market in West Palm Beach.

During the meeting, OCSO shared that multiple mid-level dealers and users were frequenting West Palm Beach for their supply, per deputies. OCSO also gave PBSO a confidential informant to work with them throughout the investigation, dubbed “Operation Slow and Go.”
