A Boynton Beach man who Palm Beach Police said slammed his speeding car into the guardrail on Sloan’s Curve now faces charges of driving under the influence with property damage and refusing to submit to a breath test.
The 44-year-old was taken into custody early in the morning Oct. 18 and released from the Palm Beach County Jail the same day on a $2,000 bond, according to jail records.
