Nearly 20 restaurants, shops and a modern-style Publix are under construction at Avenir, a Palm Beach Gardens community of more than 1,200 homes off Northlake Boulevard west of Florida’s Turnpike.
The new stores will make up the “Town Center,” which will be a mini-downtown area where residents can shop near their homes. It is expected to open in the summer of 2026, according to a spokesperson. Once the community is fully built out, Avenir will have more than 4,000 homes.
