Florida AG: Undercover drug deals at West Palm flea market help crack statewide narcotics case

WEST PALM BEACH — Florida’s attorney general on Nov. 4 announced what he described as the dismantling of a narcotics network stretching from South Florida to Virginia. The case, he said, has yielded at least five arrests so far, with more anticipated.

Speaking alongside law-enforcement leaders from across the state, Attorney General James Uthmeier said agents recovered a kilogram of cocaine and hundreds of grams of fentanyl and methamphetamine following undercover drug deals at “several locations,” including the 45th Street Flea Market in West Palm Beach.

The amounts of fentanyl and methamphetamine seized were under 1 pound each…
