WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A man known by the street names “TC” and “Boss” is facing a capital murder count after allegedly shouting “I’m gonna kill you!” before fatally shooting another man outside a West Palm Beach gas station in the early hours of October 21.
The West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) said that Timothy Coney, 41, was arrested on Nov. 6 for first-degree premeditated murder in connection with the death of 26-year-old Travon Harry Major.
According to police, the confrontation unfolded around 3:28 a.m. at the Ugas gas station near Windsor Avenue, where witnesses told police Coney argued with Major over money before opening fire from a white Jeep Rubicon…
