Palm Beach County shoppers: 5 ways you could save money at the grocery store

With grocery prices on the rise, in part, due to inflation and tariffs, many shoppers are looking for ways to stretch their budgets.

Food prices at grocery stores had the fastest monthly rate change since October 2022, when they rose by 0.6% from July to August, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. They rose another 0.3% in September.
