According to a statement issued to BocaNewsNow.com, an unknown Honda Civic was traveling southbound on North Dixie Highway, approaching the intersection of 16th Avenue North. At the same time, Michael Carmen Brennan was attempting to cross North Dixie Highway from east to west.
