The City of Deerfield Beach will offer federal and state housing assistance funds to eligible residents starting in late October 2025. Funding comes from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), and State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) programs.
Two main programs are available. The Homeowner Rehabilitation Program provides up to $70,000 for low- to moderate-income homeowners.
