Palm Beach gives initial OK to ordinances to streamline renovations of landmarked homes

Palm Beach residents with landmarked homes may soon have an easier time repairing and updating their historic properties.

During the Town Council’s Nov. 13 meeting, council members approved on first reading two ordinances that would clear up the language regulating landmarked homes and streamline the process for renovating those properties through a “landmark adjustment” request system.
