In January 2025, the Lantana Town Council approved a redevelopment plan for the former 18-acre Kmart site. Integra Investments will lead the project, which includes 426 residential units and more than 21,000 square feet of commercial and open-air dining space.
Since the approval, town staff and Integra have worked on site plan changes, tenant relocations, and updates to community features such as bus stops and roadways.
