WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — As millions of Americans travel this holiday week, authorities are emphasizing the importance of reporting suspicious activity.
At Palm Beach International Airport, travelers can use courtesy phones located throughout the terminal and in concourses B and C to report concerns. The phones connect directly to an operator who can relay tips to the appropriate personnel.
Rebeca Krogman, Manager of Public Information Services at the airport, explained, “Suspicious doesn’t always mean dangerous. It could be somebody walking by that seems nervous, and they are trying to bypass security. Or maybe they are trying to enter a restricted area. It could also be an item with wires sticking out of it.”…
