A 28-year-old Tampa man has been charged with DUI manslaughter in connection with a fatal crash that killed a 2-year-old child on I-95 in Palm Beach County.
Marvin Fleurizard was driving southbound on I-95 just south of 45th Street on September 26, 2023, at approximately 1:36 a.m., when his vehicle veered off the interstate, traveled through bushes separating the highway from Village Boulevard, and struck a tree.
