A house in the Phipps Estate residential enclave on the near North End of Palm Beach has sold for a recorded $21.9 million — a sizable return over the $10.1 million it fetched when it sold about five years ago.
The $11.8 million vault in the sold price for the house at 236 Via Las Brisa reflects two factors, said Compass Florida agent Michael Costello, who handled both sides of the sale recorded Dec. 3.
