WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A man is behind bars after driving erratically and fleeing law enforcement in a stolen vehicle, which led to his passenger getting out of the car and being temporarily detained.
According to an arrest affidavit from the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD), back in November, police responded to a business where they met with the victim who claimed his 1987 Chevrolet El Camino had been stolen.
