West Palm Beach (CBS12 News) — Elite runners from across the globe highlighted a growing weekend tradition as the 2025 U.S. Polo Assn. Palm Beaches Marathon welcomed a record field of more than 6,100 participants to downtown West Palm Beach.
Ecuador’s Ivan Gabriel Mafla Bolanos captured the men’s full marathon title, crossing the finish line in 2:37:56 after arriving in South Florida just days removed from a race in the Galápagos Islands. Wellington’s Charles Richardson finished second in 2:43:16, followed closely by Canada’s Simon Boudreau in 2:43:59.
In the women’s marathon, Costa Rica native Teresita Granados Solis earned first place with a winning time of 3:06:55. She finished ahead of Eryn Renehan of Palm Beach Gardens (3:19:28) and Palm Beach’s Alina Morrison (3:19:36)…
