WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A crash on Florida’s Turnpike with injuries has shut down the northbound highway, causing miles of standstill traffic.
The crash happened at 3:23 p.m. just before Mile Marker 102 in West Palm Beach, and backed up traffic to Mile Marker 100.
