Emelina to Open in West Palm Beach With an Innovative Take on Cuban Cuisine

Cuban culture plays a major role in the cuisine of South Florida, with many fine restaurants offering traditional offerings like ropa vieja, lechón asado, and picadillo. These dishes are steeped in the tradition and pride of a country that has been  frozen in time for a half century.
