Megan most recently served as chief operating officer for Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a 432‑bed acute care facility. There, she led operational improvements across several service areas and guided key initiatives that enhanced surgical services, strengthened workforce productivity, expanded graduate medical education programs, and supported clinical quality enhancements. Her leadership has consistently focused on optimizing processes, fostering collaboration, and driving sustainable organizational success.

Prior to her time with Ascension, she held multiple senior leadership roles within Tenet Healthcare, including hospital COO, market chief strategy officer, and chief strategy officer.
