A gold-plated replica of the Ark of the Covenant will be on display at Palm Beach Synagogue Jan. 8-11.
Commissioned by a synagogue member, the 10-foot-by-3-foot replica serves as an educational tool highlighting the era of the Jerusalem Temple and the ark’s role as the sacred container of the Ten Commandments, Rabbi Moshe Scheiner told the Daily News.
