Ketchy Shuby to take over former Banko Cantina space in Downtown West Palm Beach

Big changes are coming to 114 S. Olive Avenue. According to Newmark, the New York City-based restaurant and nightlife concept Ketchy Shuby is moving into the former Banko Cantina space, marking the brand’s Florida debut!

Ketchy Shuby will transform the three-story building into a multi-level hotspot: a restaurant on the ground floor, a nightclub and lounge upstairs, and a rooftop venue with skyline views. It’s set to open in fall 2026…
